Membership Info

Membership fees are as follows:

LAFHA membership is $75 per player.

New members are also required to purchase a team t-shirt for $10 to be worn as your uniform.

Your USFHA membership must be current through the end of the LAFHA season in order to be an LAFHA member.

Please be sure to mail in your registration form, proof of USFHA membership and check for LAFHA in order to join the league. After your registration materials have been received, you will be emailed (or called if you don't have email) with your assigned team name, team rep.'s name & contact info and the time of your next scheduled game.

Your fees also pay for the fields and the umpires. (You didn't think that those crazy people get yelled at for free, did you?)

USFHA Membership Instructions for Renewals and New Memberships

Visit www.usfieldhockey.com

In the upper right corner, you’ll see the membership options.

  1. If you are a member and want to check your status and print proof of membership, select Member Login and then check the status of your membership. If your membership is current through the season, print your membership card.

    If you need to renew, click “renew membership” and follow the prompts. Once you’ve renewed, print your membership card. The print-out will say your membership is “pending” if your expiration hasn’t already passed. That’s OK.
  2. If you are not a member yet, click on “Join USA Field Hockey” and follow the prompts. Once you’ve joined, print your membership card.

Please remember to include this printout along with your LAFHA forms and LAFHA check.
